INTRODUCTION
Craig & Rose is a premium paint brand competing directly with Farrow & Ball. We helped transform a largely underutilised client-owned social account, occasionally boosting promotional posts, into a digital-first, highly optimised group of ad accounts, generating significant revenue.
A BIG CHALLENGE
Craig & Rose competes directly with Farrow & Ball across both 3rd party bricks & mortar sites, and (increasingly) online. However, their Ecommerce sales accounted for only a fraction of overall revenue, requiring a radical transformation of all aspects of their digital marketing and online merchandising.
